Access to and use of the www.selecterp.co.uk website (“Website”), any information published on or made available via the Website and any information package (“Information Package”) that you order or receive via the Website, is governed by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”).

Use of the Website is intended for professional parties or persons acting in a professional capacity (collectively “Company”) only.

We reserve the right at any moment to modify or amend the Terms of Use. These amendments shall be effective in relation to use of the Website after the date of modification or amendments.

By using the Website, you indicate on behalf of your Company that Company accepts these terms of use, that Company agrees to be bound to these Terms of Use.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable comparison between the information that Company provides and the specifications of our available information. However, we will not be liable for the consequences of any choice of software and/or choice of software suppliers Company may make.

Select shall not be a party to any agreement Company may enter into with any software or service supplier(s).

We will make every effort to ensure that the information provided via the Website and the Information Package relating to the various ERP software applications and the use of the applications is correct. The information provided in the Information Package has been made available to us by the various participating suppliers and we have not verified this information. We cannot warrant the correctness of this information or the information provided via the Website and Company must verify the possible relevance and correctness of the information for Company or have this verified though a third party.

5. Provision of the Website
Company acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the Website may change from time to time without prior notice to Company, and that we may discontinue (permanently or temporarily) or amend (the provision of) the Website (or any features within the Website) to Company or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to Company.
